Mission of tripod design

We live in modern and civilized societies.

Every day, we get up in the morning, wash our faces, have breakfast, put on our clothes and get on a train to go to office. After finishing a day's work, we take a shower and go to bed. At any given moment, we are surrounded by a great number of "designed products." We cannot spend even a day without receiving influence from "designed products."

In other words, we always live under the influence of "products, environments and services that someone designed."

A critic said in 70's, "We are almost killed by products that we designed by ourselves." Indeed, it can be safely said that we live under such great influence of design. In these circumstances, all the staffs at tripod design aim for realization of "design for diverse users." Toward the goal, we get down to our design work with understanding users, and create designs through repeated dialogs with users, putting design process in open stance with users. We make efforts to improve our design concepts and techniques, based on the design process.

Consider carefully for the enviroment and assume the various users. The design can express its real worth only through working together with users.

Natural color and form, and idea with full of wit and humor. We want toward to plain beauty.
