The word "tripod" means "three legs." As old Asian and Japanese proverbs sya, "Out of the counsel of three comes wisdom." In Asian cultures "3(three)" is a lucky number that brings happiness and better results. Tripod stand? Three-way conversation? Or three main pillars? We haven't grasped if there is an exact definition, but one consistent never-ending mission for all of us at tripod design is to produce design works that make people smile.
